 Reporting to the VP Materials, Lydell will be responsible for Material Acquisition, Procurement, Warehouse, Lean Flow internal and external, Material Cost Reduction, Process Improvement, and Supplier Performance. He sees a good fit and volunteered these comments:

 There is a good match between the companys requirements and my skills and experience. The location is reasonably close to where I currently live and relocation should not be a problem. The total compensation package exceeded my expectation. I also overcame age and unemployment as obstacles.
